Agentic UX
We designed dashboards. Now we design decisions
The deliverable is different.
A dashboard shows state. It answers: what happened? A decision surface creates conditions for action. It answers: what should happen next, and what do you need to know to choose?
That's a different design problem.
The constraint isn't viewport and interaction pattern. It's context, stakes, and trust, surfaced at the right moment, in the right frame, with the right amount of friction.
Same discipline. Different contract with the product.
The designers who figure this out early won't just have better portfolios. They'll be the ones shaping how agentic systems actually get used.
