About Me
Six years designing how people supervise AI, then I went and built one.
I spent six years at AWS as a senior product designer on database and data infrastructure, the systems Fortune 500 companies and government agencies run their operations on. My work moved from management consoles to the surfaces where people supervise AI agents: what the system finishes alone, what it escalates, and what a person needs in front of them to decide.
That judgment is the part that transfers. The tooling changed what one person can do with it. I design the architecture, make the product and taste calls, and direct agents to do the volume, which is how a cycling coach with a self-grading AI agent went from idea to the App Store without a team. Before AWS, a decade of product design at PayPal and Atlassian.
I also run RF Digital, an AI systems consultancy, where the same thinking gets applied to other people's operations.
